All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

No Refunds, All Sales Final:
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Family or medical emergencies (including COVID-19)

  • Employment issues

  • Traffic or transportation delays

  • Incorrect ticket purchases (wrong date, location, or event)

We are not obligated to offer credit, exchanges, or transfers for any reason.

Entry and Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Disorderly or disruptive behavior

  • Failure to comply with venue rules

  • Improper attire

  • Intoxication

  • Overcapacity

  • Breach of security protocols

Talent and amenities are subject to change without notice and are not valid reasons for a refund. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event (music, DJs, staff, amenities, check-in process, etc.) is also not grounds for a refund.

Photo & Media Release

By attending a WeFunk event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may occur. You grant us the right to use this media for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across web, social media, press, or other outlets without compensation or notice.

Release of Liability

By purchasing tickets and attending any WeFunk event, you:

  • Assume full responsibility for your own safety and belongings.

  • Release WeFunk and its affiliates from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage.

  • Acknowledge that WeFunk does not accept responsibility for accidents, delays, or incidents occurring during or as a result of the event.

Indemnification

By purchasing tickets, you agree to indemnify and hold WeFunk harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from your participation in our events.
